In what appears to be a rescue attempt, the workers made the gap wider to help the unfortunate creature escape.
While there is little information at this time, some news outlets say it’s possible the bear fell into a chicken pit while attempting to eat the carcasses.
It was a stressful day to say the least, but the bear eventually freed itself and scampered away.
