It’s the stuff of Hollywood horror films and post-apocalyptic video games: How would Earth look if we all just suddenly disappeared off the map?

Love ‘em or loathe ‘em, there is no denying that humans have a massive impact on the planet. Even within a few days of a human hiatus, the world would look a very different place. However, as us self-important humans often forget, the planet will be fine without us. In fact, it will fare depressingly well without us.

This video by #Mind Warehouse gives an estimated timeline of events following a hypothetical disappearance of humanity, spanning from a few hours after to 300 million years later. Sobering stuff.
