A video has surfaced of a guy having an extremely long object from his nostril. Although the video describes the object as a tapeworm, it's most likely to be a strip of gauze. It isn’t clear how long it was, but after 30 seconds of constant yanking by the medical profession, the gross dangly strip looks to be a fair few feet in length.
