Max Ellis is a British photographer who has shot a range of subjects from sports to architecture to wildlife. Some of his wildlife subjects include wild squirrels who show up in his backyard. He leaves treats out for the bushy-tailed critters near a series of props, snapping pictures of what they do next.
His latest series involves squirrels investigating some pumpkins including one jack-o-lantern that has been suspended off the ground, with some pretty hilarious results. No squirrels were harmed in the making of these photos; just baited with treats and toys.
