New Species Of Flying Squirrel Discovered In North America

It turns out that a new species of flying squirrel has been hiding in plain sight on the west coast of North America. Previously thought to be part of another species, the newly named Humboldt's flying squirrel is actually different from the other two species living on the continent. So cute!
