Ever wondered what happens when you pour molten copper on a tennis ball? Well, wonder no more, thanks to this video from Tito4re on YouTube.
The video is, well, rather self-explanatory. Molten scrap copper is poured onto a tennis ball, and it quickly bursts into flames as the searing heat passes over it. After a while, the intense flames reduce the tennis ball to a pile of ash, leaving a burning mess. When water is poured over the burning wreckage, it leaves behind an impure chunk of solidified copper.
Of course, we’d highly advise against trying this at home. But hey, we’re not going to stop other people trying it out. Check out the video below.
