At 1 p.m. EDT (6 p.m. BST) on Tuesday, May 10, NASA is going to be making an announcement about the latest discoveries made by its planet-hunting Kepler space telescope.

Now, we don’t know what this announcement is going to be about yet, so any guesses would just be speculation at the moment. Previous events like this, though, have signaled the discovery of worlds similar to Earth.

In attendance will be a number of scientists from NASA and the Kepler mission, but other than that, we don’t have much information. So, you’ll have to tune in with us to find out.

A stream will be posted live on NASA’s website on Tuesday, which we’ll also embed below when it’s available.
