Here's What It Would Look Like To Walk Through A Rainbow

Rainbows are not just pretty streaks in the sky after a rainy day. They are also a reminder of a fundamental physical truth: white light is a lie.

Water droplets, jagged metal, glass, and prisms can reveal how the light from the Sun is a combination of different wavelengths, which we interpret as the different colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.

Although separated, the colors don’t end abruptly but smoothly change from one to the other. The video below shows precisely this effect and it is super cool!
