We Need To Probe Uranus, Scientists Urge

An influential panel of scientists is arguing that a space exploration mission to deeply probe Uranus should be a top priority within the next 10 years. This potential mission could see an atmospheric probe and orbiter being sent to the seventh planet from the Sun with the hopes of deepening our knowledge of ice giants.

Anthropologist Believes Ancient Human Species Could Still Be Alive In The Forests Of Flores Island

The remains of the species Homo floresiensis were uncovered by archaeologists in 2003. While the species was initially believed to have survived until around 12,000 years ago, a retired professor believes that evidence of the species’ continued existence may have been overlooked. Suggesting Homo floresiensis may still be alive today, or at least within living memory.

You Can Tell If Someone Doesn’t Have A Mind’s Eye By Looking At Their Pupils

It’s thought that between one and three percent of us experience aphantasia – the absence of a mind’s eye. While the phenomenon is notoriously hard to measure and diagnose, researchers now believe they have found a way of confirming the condition by measuring pupil dilation.

Glorious Solar Eclipse On Mars Snapped By Perseverance As Phobos Passes The Sun

Perseverance has caught a fabulous solar eclipse on Mars as the funky-shaped moon Phobos passes the Sun. The dramatic footage shows Phobos in all its potato-esque glory as it cuts a speedy swathe across our star. NASA says this is the most zoomed-in Phobos eclipse ever snapped from the surface of Mars, at the highest frame-rate yet.

Nuking The Moon, Wormholes, And Warp Drives Explored By US Alien Task Force, New Docs Reveal

Strange, far-out, and experimental technologies explored by the US government’s now-defunct UFO task force have been revealed in a new document dump.
