Incredible Timelapse Of The Sun Reveals The Lifecycle Of A Sunspot

Over two weeks this July, NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory turned it's gaze towards a large active region on the sun's surface. While the size or activity of this sunspot was nothing out of the ordinary, the footage captured does give us a fantastic look at a fascinating solar event.
