Eight Scientists from The University of Manchester and The University of Copenhagen embarked on an expedition to study Greenland Sharks in the wild. Their journey took them more than 40 hours through gale-force winds and rough seas to reach their destination in the calm waters of the fjords near Narsaq.
Their studies will hopefully help them learn more about their lives, how to protect them, and what they can teach us about diseases associated with the aging process.
