The World's Largest Penis Is Not What It Seems

This is Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, the man with possibly the world’s biggest penis. Having a half-meter weiner, however, is not what it's cracked up to be.

The 54-year-old from Saltillo in Mexico rose to fame in 2015 after a video of his 48-centimeter (18.9-inch) penis went viral. After, he was swamped with sex tape deals and doubts of authenticity, so Barcroft TV headed to Mexico earlier this year to catch up with the man behind the legend and to answer some of the questions surrounding his manhood.

His oddly large penis causes him regular urinary tract infections and makes it hard for him to work. He is also unable to have sex. Nevertheless, Cabrera says that he's perfectly happy with it and denied an offer of corrective surgery.

However, many doubt that Cabrera's dong is the real deal as it’s permanently wrapped up in bandages. He claims that the bandages are to stop chafing. According to a radiologist doctor who had examined Roberto, the penis isn't quite what it seems.

"The CT scan showed that there's a very large foreskin, it goes almost to the knee," Dr Jesus Pablo Gilmore told Barcroft TV. "The penis itself is just about 16 to 18 centimeters [6.2 to 7 inches] from the pubis. So, it doesn't go all the way through the foreskin."

"The rest of the tissue found there is just foreskin, blood vessels, and some inflammation of the skin."

So, effectively, the majority of the length comes from his foreskin. It also appears that Cabrera's penis isn’t naturally in this state. Although he strongly denies this, Cabrera told a psychiatrist that he had put bands with weights on his penis when he was younger in order to make it longer. The doctor also noted that he was “obsessed“ with the idea of having a big penis and its association with being macho.

As if this story could not get stranger, it was also revealed that Cabrera was deported from the US due to his criminal convictions, including indecently exposing himself to underage girls in 1991.

Now, his self-declared record in the world of competitive penis measurements is under threat by the previous record-holder. Measuring in at a whopping 34 centimeters (13.5 inches) when erect, Jonah Falcon from New York told The Sun: "His [Cabrera's] penis isn't 19 inches.

"Doctors have acknowledged this and said he could have a normal sex life if he is essentially circumcised. The man stretched his foreskin constantly, from what I understand, but it's normal underneath.

"I think it's ridiculous and he seems kind of desperate."

It seems Roberto still has a few questions to answer. But, in the meantime, he has plans to make it big in the porn industry.
